How it works
From questions to binder in one order.
One signing session and one shipment per order. Most will plans are signed within about two weeks of your questionnaire.
Questions first? Book a $95 online consultation.
Try the Plan Finder
It shows how each plan handles what you tell it, side by side. You choose the plan; an attorney reviews your forms and discusses your choice with you.
Check out
Choose your plan and add-ons. Recording and filing fees are shown up front. You accept a limited-scope engagement agreement, then pay.
Fill out the questionnaire
Right after payment, in the same sitting: your family, the people you trust to act for you, and what you own. You don't need your deed; we look up your property's legal description from the county records.
We draft your documents
Prepared from forms our firm uses in its own practice.
An attorney reviews them
A licensed Illinois attorney checks every document against your answers and flags anything that needs a conversation.
Book your signing
Pick a time. Married couples sign together in one session.
Sign on video
You, two witnesses, and our notary join one secure video call. You sign electronically. What to expect on the call
We record your deed
Trust deeds and TODIs are e-recorded with your county recorder.
Your binder ships
Printed, tabbed, and bound by our office, then sent by UPS.
We stay in touch
Trust clients get a funding checklist. When life changes, an update is $99.
Remote signing
What to expect on the video call.
Illinois allows wills to be signed and witnessed over live video under the Electronic Wills and Remote Witnesses Act (755 ILCS 6). The session usually takes 30 to 45 minutes.

Operating agreements and member consents don't need a notary. We send them for electronic signature after attorney approval.
